How does the automatic clock-in actually work?+
Each department gets a SlopeHQ device. Staff place their phone in the device to clock in — no badge, kiosk, or button — and take it back out to clock out.
Can a Ski Patrol manager see what Lifts is doing?+
Not by default. Managers and employees are scoped to their own department — schedule, chat, clock data, all of it. Super admins and admins see the whole resort.
Is there a contract, or can we cancel anytime?+
You can cancel anytime — there’s no contract.
